Qingdao Hongda Metal Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Jiaozhou,Qingdao ,Shandong Province. It is situated at the coast of the Yellow Sea and the bank of the Jiaozhou Bay; it is adjacent to Qingdao ocean Port, Qingdao Airport, very convenient for transportation. It is a famous professional forging press manufacturer in China.Hongda Factory was established in 1987. It is the member of CCMI(Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry) and one of the large manufacture enterprises for friction screw presse, refractory press and electric screw press. The company covers a floor area of 160,000 square meters and a building area of 60,000 square meters. Its fixed assets reach 30 million usd. Among them, there are over 260 units of domestic and foreign large and medium devices, the presses vary from 400 tons to 10,000 tons; it can produce over 500 units of products in different specifications.
The company now possesses 680 staff members and 120 engineering technicians in various fields, among whom there are 15 senior engineers. The company has established special technical R&D center, and successively cooperated with the metal forging institutes and electromechanical research institutes and heavy machine research institutes in China.
At present, the company's products mainly include: J53, J54 series of double disc friction screw press; J67, J93 series of refractory press; EP series of electric screw press; MP series of hot forging press.
